Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Blackfort, we respect our clients’ time and strive to provide exceptional, reliable service. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation by Client

• Free Cancellation: Cancel your booking up to 24 hours before pickup with no fee.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will incur a 50% charge of the total fare.
• No-Show or Last-Minute: If canceled within 3 hours of pickup or if the passenger fails to appear, the full fare will be charged.

2. Cancellation by Blackfort

In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or emergencies), clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary by your payment provider.

4. Modifications

You may modify your reservation (pickup time, address, or vehicle type) up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Changes made later may be treated as cancellations.
